It has a heal on kill mechanic, it could potentially drop a small health pack when killing an enemy, but give the heavy a passive 15% damage vulnerability
That means the heavy basically has 45 less health.
That's worse
Having 15% vulnerability for a small health pack is not worth it, especially since the heavy has the sandvich and the banana
How does that have anything to do what I had to say
