So, The Warrior's Spirit.
I think this is a really cool weapon idea, however, it sucks balls right now. Shoot some ideas of how it could be improved/reworked.

If anything it shouldn't have that ludicrous damage vulnerability. It should instead lower Heavy's HP or speed but increase health gained per kill and allow it to go into overheal.

A melee based around doing damage for Heavy is a terrible idea in general. The fact the heavy takes more damage while holding it out is even worse.

It has a heal on kill mechanic, it could potentially drop a small health pack when killing an enemy, but give the heavy a passive 15% damage vulnerability

That means the heavy basically has 45 less health.

I think the damage vulnerability should be changed to minor swing speed penalty and minor max health penalty

45 less health for 50 free health per kill and more for teammates is really good.

Problem is he's never gonna hit somebody with it. Every class can hold s and heavy will never catch up to them.

Except one has 3 feet of range and the other has 60 feet of effective range and has 500 dps and is easy to use.
