console wont open in main menu

why can i only open the console in game and not in the main menu?

Put it in resource/ui
It's default main menu but the report bug button will open the console.

Once you put this and launch the game, console button will move to report bug button. You can click it to open.

bruh. just type " bind [key] "toggleconsole" " into console. replace [key] with whatever button do you wanna set the console to.
