you have been on steam for less than a year, only since october did you get a steam profile (4 monthes total)

and gift wrap was made so that achievment items couldnt be wrapped back in 2016, well over a year ago.

finally, i checked your backpack history. you never had a gift wrapped achievment item. youve had achievement items, sure, but never in a tradeable state.

yeah, alien swarm and the dealers visor were glitched. alot of them became tradeable
