can you get any effect from a unusualifier?

is this a joke? What do you mean?did you get like,a taunt unusualifier?if so you need to buy the taunt first and use the unusualifier on the taunt.

you can receive any effect from unusualifiers, except for halloween effects, you need to open it during halloween to receive those from an unusualifier.

you cannot receive hat effects from a taunt unusualifier or vice versa for obvious reasons.

one of all the hats effects for a hat unusualifier
one of all the taunts effects for a taunt unusualifier
