The thing is, it depends on what the team does. One Halloween, the same one the Creepy Crawly case came out, any case would give one of those four effects. The next halloween that allowed any old Halloween effect, it only came from cosmetic cases.

It all depends on the Halloween. Let's see what happens this Halloween
