How to look at someone else's loadout?

If I wanna look at someone else's loadout, even if we haven't friended each other, how could I do that? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I want to look at the actual loadouts, and I don't have time to track down the people whos loadouts I want to use.

You can press F at people and it will show what Items they have equipped.

By "track down each and every person", I mean it's hard to find and play a game with the person I'm trying to find.
