Why should anyone dislike Uncle Dane?

He has informed opinions and is clearly experienced in the gameplay. Most people who I see hating on him are either diehard casuals or new players following a bandwagon.

He seems relatively smart, and he's not pushing stupid meme's around like people like Musulk or whatever his name was did.

I don't always agree with him, but at least he tries to put a little research and thought into things he feels should happen.

i mean personally i think that anybody should be allowed to dislike and like whoever the ♥♥♥♥ they want to dislike for their own reasons, it's fair to say that while dane generally is pretty knowledgable about the game and can be said to be a credible source of information, i dont think that he is the be-all-end-all for all information regarding the game and i certainly think that he has made some clearly ♥♥♥♥ moves in the past which have just exacerbated problems more, but i digress

point is, if you ask why anybody should dislike uncle dane, then i may ask: why should anybody like uncle dane, the exact opposite of your question, so as to tackle both sides of the same coin i guess, i dont really know the proper terminology for both perspectives of a situation

have you been on here for more than 3 years
crit threads with dozens of pages were glued to the front of this forum
the few 2-page threads a week you see these days are nothing compared to what it used to be like when the playercount was twice as high

Because he says a lot of stuff Casual players apose of, Like Reworking CTF, Removing Random Crits, And making an Annoying Class more annoying. Uncle Dane is alright he has good ideas and is pretty chill and explains his points without going on long rants.
