Kindly and politely ask the players from the enemy team to not leave and you won't have a problem with auto-balance.

And don't forget to add a cherry on top!

I think they only force you if the other team has about 5 people compared to your team having 10 but yeah.

but you will get maybe around 100 or 500 points because you autobalanced

Because Valve doesn't care about your fun. They'd much rather cater to the people who caused the lopsided teams in the first place at your expense.

Don't fret though, as you can always leave yourself if you're not satisfied. Valve is behind you if you decide to leave after being auto-balanced.

Bro It tells me that i will be moved to either Red Or Blue after 5 seconds if teams are still not balanced
