Didn't quite beleive this when i first read it because of the fact youtube generally gives you a three strike and your out system.
And besides you seen tf2bers and tf2 gmod before and their vids weren't striked so go on by all means.
Then explain how there are dozens of videos showcasing the characters voices, gameplay footage or gmod related content using the voicelines and weren't punished for it (this also includes other valve games)? Unless you have evidence that someone was striked for it i have a hard time buying that.
You're being overly paranoid about it right now. Chill out, you're just borrowing a voice line not waving it around as if you own it.
