We need a nerf to discourage pocketing
Far too many times have I seen a Medic pocket some random Soldier or Demo and they just destroy everything because the have a Kritzkreig shoved up their ♥♥♥. Any ideas on how to nerf pocketing?
Edit: I have come to the conclusion that there is nothing inherently wrong with pocketing and that I'm just very salty about the Kritzkreig, and therefore, I hereby declare this discussion dead.

Pocketing is way too easy to counter.
Destroy the rest of their team first, then focus all firepower onto them.

id rather nerf crockets, but thats just me

most of the options to counter a kritz are situational (fist of steel, batallions backup, vaccinator, a regular uber) or require some sort of skill (sniper, spy, pyro airblasting a crit rocket or pipe back at them)

but more thats all i can think of that we have at the game now, maybe make that uber doesnt go up when healing overhealed targets? that would atleast force the medic to change heal targets

Kinda hard to do when the pocket demo is spamming crit stickies at our spawn

Nerf? The only thing we need to nerf right now is engi. Sure, pockets can be annoying, but engineer makes ctf/koth/any gamemode which doesn't require a moving objective unplayable. His counters barely work since spies are far too easy to root out and the entire team is on your side to ensure nothing bad happens to you and your sentries. Maybe make it so that he has to hit the sentry more to repair it or have more metal involved in upgrading it.

Engi has 3 counters, two of which classes has two weapons that directly counter Engineers (Loch n Load and Direct Hit). Spy also has a sidegrade sapper that levels down sentries if the Engineer is turtling or has a pybro

He REALLY isnt hard to counter if you know what you're doing

Yeah just wipe out the entire enemy team in like 10 seconds. Simple stuff.

When a medic pockets one guy, that's 10 other people he is ignoring. Not OP at all.

When the engineer even has a basic idea of what he is doing it takes like 10 times the effort to destroy a sentry nest than it does for the engineer to keep it up, and if there are multiple engineers once your team has destroyed the sentry its back up again in 10 seconds.

There is a nerf! If you focus enough firepower at the Medic, he dies.

the soldier usually cant live without the medic so if youre on a different team, focus the medic, and if youre on the medic's team, votekick them.

I disagree. I don't see anything wrong with pocketing. I've only had people complain about the way I've played medic when I'm not spending enough time with them. I've never had people complain that I'm spending too much time with a specific person.
