Looking for a specific server: Voice Command Spam server

I used to play on a server a long time back but something happened to it's voice command menu and it's not as fast as it used to be I was wondering, other than DFS are there any servers with a fast voice-command menu?

Basically it allows heavies to spam "pootis-pootis-pootis" or other voice commands like so.

I was gonna say, in the past (2011) that worked but after about...2017 or 2018 they broke it.

Here's an example of the issue it's got a 0.1 cap now. I was wondering if there's a way to bypass the limit or forcibly do so with a mod?

I'm pretty sure you can bypass it on your own custom mod server, with a little help from Google.

If you can find a mod file let me know. I more or less wanna be able to instantly spam a voice command.

I'll even send it off to a few servers I know that'd probably like it.
