Splendid screen if your a demoknight that wants damage, it combos well with the persian persuader and removes all debuffs when you charge, it also has a 70% charge damage and 50% recharge rate
Chargin' targe sacrifices all mobility for the sake of becoming a tank, pipes that hit you go from 100 to 85 which could save you from time to time from any explosions, though you do travel at straight lines which you could be vulnerable as a demoknight but works best with hybridknights.
In conclusion: Depends on what demoknight you are, either your a demoknight that prefers hit and run tactics, charging in without thinking first or an annoyance to the enemy team.
