TF2 Freezes Every Few Seconds.
Hey. Recently my game has been freezing for a split second every few seconds, i can play but it's very annoying. The only temporary solution i have found is to reinstall my graphics card drivers every time i start up my pc. All my drivers are updated. Please respond if you can help!

Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K (Quad Core, 3.70 GHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
RAM: 8GB

(I can provide other specs if necessary)

We need more info like was it in a server?, loading?, Setup?
Because it could just be lag

You're becoming the flash, you're starting to "see things faster".

Does TF2 freeze online and offline? Cause if it's only online i'd say it's server problems. If it's offline too you may want to contact steam support.

It happens only in servers. I mostly play in casual and so far, that's where it's been lagging. My FPS and ping are fine, and has been for many months until this problem came up.

Use the clean install on NVIDIA GeForce driver win installing that will delete the driver profile and verify steam cache.

I've just done a clean re-install and verified game files. It should work fine for the rest of today as usual, i'll post here again if the problem persists tomorrow though.

Seems like the problem is still there, i forgot to mention that this also happens in Overwatch so i'm guessing it's something with my PC and not the games?

I've tried some things out and upon launching the any game, everything works fine, but stuttering begins when gpu reaches temperaures of above 60c. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If its studdering when your card gets past a certian temperature your computer is probably thermal throttling. Meaning the card turns down its power to prevent overheating. You mean want to look in your pc and see if you need a better cooler or clean out some dust.

Thermal throttling at 60 degrees? Don't think so.

My PC seems to be dust free, and has been working fine for a while now, my temps have been like this for a while but the stuttering only began recently.

My games are on my ssd which has shown no signs of being slow or malfunctioning and i have 2gb of VRAM. It's been working fine for a while but the stuttering is worse in more visually demanding games.

You probably shouldn't bump your post. People tend not to like that.
