My TF2 is acting weird...

So... I've downloaded TF2 on my Gaming Computer (which was a normal PC that was bought like 2 years ago? And the turned into a Gaming PC for me), and when I launched it...
It looked... really weird, that's for sure. The voices of the characters were repeating itself and glitching, and the game itself had so many glitched everywhere, and when I started to play for a couple minutes... it crashed.
I've reinstalled the game over 5 times! It's probably my computer acting freaky on me.
But the weird thing is...
TF2 is the only game that was glitching in my PC. The others are working fine. So...why is TF2 the only game acting this way?
I just don't know what to do, I seriously wanna play TF2! I mean I have my laptop, but I want to install TF2 in my PC for a reason!
If anyone can help me with this situation, please do! It'll help me a lot!

it's most likely because of your possible mods, hud and configs. tf2 saves those in steam cloud, so they won't go away if you uninstall game
