How to set a max ping limit in mvm?

Keep getting into 200+ ping servers and i forgot how to set the ping limit, i set my ping to 100 or lower in casual back in meet your match and you have to click on the gear icon or something but right now i can neither find the icon in casual nor mvm, please help ;)

That's match making. It doesn't work for MVM.

no matter what ping limit settings you have, tf2 will never fail to match you into a server with extremely high ping if it decides you won't get into a closer one anytime soon

also, right click on the party icons in the top left
