Mann up, yes. It’ll only be used if you successfully complete a mission. If you complete the entire tour (can be 3-6 missions) you get stuff.

Boot camp, no, you don’t have to use tickets or buy any.

Mann Up only consumes a ticket upon a successful mission, but you'll need one per mission.

For Example, Mecha Engineer has 3 missions so you need 3 tickets every time you run that campaign.
