Other ways of getting The Gas Passer

I have completed the contract already but i have since crafted The Gas Passer into scrap metal,
is there any other way of getting The Gas Passer after i've already completed the contract?

I don't think Steam Support does it if the items have been altered in any way such as crafting.

Still worth a shot, since they could remove the scrap metal from OP's inventory and grant them a Gas Passer, as it's not obtainable by other means.
