There's a window in the spawn room that showcases the Soldiers shovels, the two in the back on the left are Green and Yellow...
As far as we can tell, those are probably nothing more then Easter Eggs...

Then again, the TFC teams are clearly distinct from the TF2 teams in that series, so Green and Yellow could be totally obsolete by the time the Administrator started employing TF2 teams.
