How to land those Demo pipes?
I would like to say I'm a good demoman, I've had my good moments, Firing those few pills that hit a crowd just right, nuking them to ♥♥♥♥, It's great. But in some moments, Be it a scout, or sometimes more slower classes. If they are somewhat strafing or whatever, I'd fire, and it would either Overshoot them, or just a general miss in general, What is a good I guess strategy, or tips for aiming your Grenade launcher, be it stock or in any scenario. For atleast landing more pipes in either succession, or with more accuracy?

Asides from aiming to the right of your crosshair, Scouts are just supposed to be hard to hit.

You can try to pace your shots and predict where they're going, or how they'll try to act unpredictable (ironic), but it's intended to be a fight in the Scout's favour.

Oh yeah, I'm not trying to say that its not fair that I can't hit a scout, I just used him as an analogy. I honestly thought landing pipes would be easy, because I used huntsman for a l ong time, Being able to predict pretty well, nailing headshots, etc. But the huntsman is quick, while the grenade launchers, really arent.

It's probably more comparable to Jarate than the Huntsman, in terms of the arc.

There are a lot of things that make grenades different from other projectiles. But the main thing for me was learning to lead my aim slightly left, because grenades appear to the right-side of the crosshair. After that, it felt easier to make accurate shots, and then all I really needed to work on was learning how high of an angle to shoot if I wanted to make longer-distance hits.

Huh, That's weird about shooting and where the initially appear, Cause I've had many moments where I shoot and I feel as if It shouldave hit and it doesnt, That might be the case.

You need to learn to lead your targets and fire at the right angle. Pipes are much harder to get ahold of then sticky spamming. Best thing you could do is go onto one of those "MLG" training grounds and fight people 1v1 for about 5 collective hours. Even if you get your ass kicked you are focusing on getting better at pipes.

I might try that TR Walkway place, And also, one big question. What is the "Best" Grenade launcher? Is there one? The only ones I felt comfortable was either Stock or the Iron Bomber.

Only thing you can do with scouts is predict their movement. No better feeling though nailing a try hard scout in the face with a pipe

And the obvious try to remember the actual pipe projectile is slow and moves in an arc not a straight line but you probably already knew that

Would there be a way to move the crosshair over a bit just to fix it? Or nope?

Those are the standard ones, yeah.

Loch is alright, but if you're trying to learn how to make hits, the projectile speed will throw you off.

Loose Cannon is a totally different weapon that requires different skillsets. You end up trading away a lot of your general DPS for very strong spikes of damage, if you can time the fuse right.

+1 for loch I try to treat it with the same play style as the DH but still screws with my aim when I switch to stock

Im probably going to train in the District of Pass time, since Tr_Walkway is not working out for some odd reason.
