Panic Attack or a Flare gun?

When I was crafting for more pyro weapons, I made the Panic Attack. And I put it to a testrun and it was decent. I was previously using the Flare gun before I stumbled across the Panic Attack. And I know that people are going to say "Flare gun. Because there is a slow reload before you fire" or "Panic Attack because flare gun is inaccurate" or maybe "None because-" I know the weapons has it's flaws and goods. I just want to know Panic Attack or Flare gun. (Well, I change my mind. You can have a sentence or two about why the weapon in better than the other, but not 2389 paragraphs ):| .)

If you have to use either of them, then use the Flare gun. But you should probably use the shotgun over both.

The Panic Attack is useless because it requires you to hold out the weapon unless you want to spend 3 seconds loading it in front of the enemy. And all it does is fire a lesser clip of bullets no less at a slighty faster pace, the only way to make it fire at a decent rate is to get on low health, and tell me, do you think that it's a good idea to attack the enemy head on low health? Also the increased spread while at low health ruins this weapon because unless you're hugging them you're not going to be able to hit enough pellets to kill them. Everything the Panic Attack does the stock can do better and it's niche is basiclly useless if the foe has a computer that can run TF2 faster then 30 FPS.

The Flare Gun is the better choice (between the two, the shotgun is still better)

It adds range to the Pyro and allows you to light people on fire, airblast them away, and flare punch them, or kill on fire people from a distance.

For heavens sake, if you want to kill people with a class that struggles already with killing people, then use the stock or Flare Gun.

as Pyro I use the same Primary (Backburner) and Melee (Powerjack, yes it's nerfed, but still like it) however I rotate 3 secondaries -- Scorch Shot(flare) - Panic Attack (or stock shotgun is fine)- and Manmelter (kinda useless/tricky, but can be fun when it goes well) -- I'd say 75% of the time Scorch Shot or any flare Gun has more Range and Utility with the Pyro's Flamethrowers-- but the P- Attack really blows ppl away close range (esp Pyro vs Pyro when its always a close fight) -- I REALLY use the Panic Attack with Engineer-- suprises the Heck outta ppl thinking Im defensive -- Love capping Soldiers close-up with 3 shots !!

Flare because it is good at all ranges if you have good accuracy and panic is really only good at cqc but if you want to use a shotgun use stock but I do think flare is the best

Scorch shot if you like annoying the enemy
Mannmelter if you like being rewarded for helping
Shotgun if you're competent
Reserve shooter if you have faith in yourself
Panic Attack if you want to show everyone you watched the LazyPurple video

Heavy can't use the Panic Attack. Only stock shotgun and the Family Business.
