Iron Bomber VS Stock
So i have been playing demo a bit more, and i cant see any real reason to not use iron bomber over stock.
Would any more experienced demo wish to enlighten me?

Stock.

this pretty much comes down to preference plain and simple not everyone will like a specific weapon so they try something else to see if it sticks.

I would say the iron bomber is a direct upgrade as it allows "traps" as the pills dont roll so you can spam corners very well. Also the -15% explosive radius is pretty much unnoticable. And the shorter fuse time allows for you to spam the floor and hit people, as well as if you time it correctly it can be used for mini-sticky jumps

Stock is better for hitting people indirectly while the Iron Bomber is better for more area control.

1. Your mainly using stickies, 2. Shouldnt you be getting direct hits on either one? the only reason i think its better is even if you do miss, your shots will land next to them and still deal damage.

The Bomber is basically the Sticky Launcher in primary slot. To experienced Demos it's practically having 2 sticky launchers at the same time. Preference if you like stickies or not.

Well, its more like a grenade launcher that can also be a sticky launcher, since it can still direct hit and behaves the same way.

I spent more money on my Fac New Coffin Nail grenade launcher than a half-cent iron bomber, so I tend to personally use Stock more.

Yeah, I'm THAT guy...

Stock is better when you're attempting to hit someone at longer ranges/a retreating enemy
Bomber is better for when you're the one retreating or when you're an idiot who has a shield equipped rather than Stickies.
The fact that stickies exist makes the Stock more useful, as having an all-stock loadout gives you more ways of killing an enemy at more ranges, rather than just laying traps everywhere.

Stock is technically better for the explosion radius.

It is when you're using rollers to take out chipped enemies. I've lost so many kills from the Iron Bomber's radius that I switched back to stock.
