Is there a way to gift starter packs to friends?
I'm trying to buy startre packs for friends who just started team fortress. Is there a way to buy, wrap and gift the starter pack as one?

Thanks for your advise Myse. I'll look into Scrap.tf. But want I want to know is whether there is way to gift the items in one block or do I have give them through the trading mechanic?

It would be better to grant him premium first, then trade him some ref so he can buy the weapons.

If your friend has a non-limited steam account(Spent atleast $5 on steam), then give him an item that will sell for 50 cents then tell him to buy the cheapest weapon on the mann co store(a rented one). If not, then buy him a premium gift, which will grant him premium.
