Halloween Transmutes Available for Full Moon?

So, ScreamFortress is over but I imagine we all still have a bunch of halloween stuff hanging around, clogging up our inventories. We could transmute it...just slightly less than a whole year from now, but I feel like that's a bit odd. I understand the limitation to the event, but full moons seem like a fair time to re-enable the feature. If this is already a thing, ignore me, but if it is not then perhaps it's something to consider...

Ok, well. I wasn't asking the question of whether they can or cannot be, but rather why they aren't...As in, a request for a feature type of deal. It seems a bit odd that the trade up doesn't work on those days.

Because you don't get halloween hat drops during a full moon, so there's nothing to clutter up your inventory that would call for the transmute in the first place.

Because you don't get halloween hat drops during a full moon, so there's nothing to clutter up your inventory that would call for the transmute in the first place.

It won't hurt to be a thing. And there sure as hell are some people such as OP who want to transmute at times other than Halloween.

But the only reason it was added was because there was no way to craft all of those free hats. Considering almost everything that drops during a full moon is craftable and irrelevant to the full moon, it doesn't need to be enabled. And you had plenty of time during the event to transmute...
