Team Fortress 2
Moving Targets In Soldier Training
I was trying out the basic training mode for Soldier in TF2 and when it got to the part where i had to test my weapons on moving targets that no enemies appeared. I checked out a video on the Soldier's training and when it got to the moving targets, a few bots appeared. I'd like to know if I'm the only one who has this issue and if there's something that can fix this. Thanks! :steamhappy:

It helped me to solve the problem and complete tutorial
1) Enable in-game console
In the main menu (or in-game menu, just press Esc) , click on the gear icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Options menu.
Go to the Keyboard tab and click Advanced...
In the pop-up menu, tick the box beside the Enable Developer Console and click OK.
2) Write to console:
tf_bot_add 1 red scout

It will spawn a red scout and then other bots should start auto-spawning normally. Just kill about 6 of them and tutorial will be done

you have revived an old thread while contributing something to it

I would like to revive this old thread and do nothing to it, soley to say thank you and ask OP to mark answer #9 as THE answer. It won't contribute to the achievement when having sv_cheats on. And funnily enough, restarting my game just to turn cheats of ensuring it's of, makes it work normally. F me I guess hé!

wait wtf? this thread is from 2017...

anyways why would one even waste their time onto practice mode that is completly irrelevant to how you should actually play?
