mouse freezes randomly

hello people :c

i've been facing a problem with my mouse a cople weeks ago

it was freezin' randomly

and then i changed my mouse and formatted my pc

and then , everythink was fine and happy till yesterday while i was playing a comp game

the same problem got me again :-;

it's lags in everygame, even in the desktop

freezes randomly it's sux tbh

if anyone knows a solution plesae tell me,, i'll be freaking thankful

It happened to me quite a while ago, the only solution I came up with is annihilating a hole into my screen
and buying an entirely new pc

try running dx8 mode, you access it by:
Right click tf2 in library > properties > command line options > type "-dxlevel 80"

Try plugging the mouse in another port (or how you call it)

what I understood from my research is that It's either about your Internet provider which needs to set bandwidth to fit your needs
or It's the game getting overflooded by its feedback data

I had the same problem. I fixed it by changing the process priority of both the game and the mouse's driver.
Simply go to Task Manager> Details, Right click on HL2 and whichever driver your mouse has and set the priority above normal
