Easy way to get the Hot Hand?

I know its 9 stars, and i know you have to complete everything in pyroland contract to obtain it, but is there any easy way to obtain these contract bonuses?

airblast kill as pyro
dominate as pyro
take 1k damage in 1 life as heavy
ignite enemy with gas passer

i might have more, i forgot.

im asking for help because, even with my 1000 hours, i still completely suck at this game.

I think the "ignite enemy" part seems to be quite easy on any payload map.

Have you try the contract, "Dominate as Pyro"?

take 1k damage as heavy: just play heavy and it will happen soon enough

airblast kills as pyro: go on any map with a cliff

ignite enemy with gas passer: easier than it sounds

dominate as pyro: just play pyro and it will happen soon enough

For the 1k damage as heavy, join 2fort, equip the Fists of Steel, and dalokohs bar. Eat some delicious chocolate, then stand on the battlements in view of their snipers. Take a hit or two, then go back to spawn for health. Repeat. You'll probably get headshotted a few times, but you might still get the 1k damage quicker, and with less risk of dying than through normal play. Having a medic pocket you is another easy option.

the airblast projectile kills,it counts if you kill yourself with a reflected rocket or grenade,so just kill yourself via airblasted grenades until you get it

get help from other people on 2Fort or something, that's cheating, but as long as it works i'm happy with it.
