Help with installing some TF2 Spy animation overhauls.

I've been looking to install a no-crit backstab animation for spy, which could be found here:

Where do I put this? What folder?
Also, do you guys have an recommendations to reduce graphics and boost fps?
Some good examples of reduced graphics could be the screenshots provided on the game banana page.
