I'm looking to find the best pyroland loadout. I understand the weapon loadout (Rainblower, stock/flare and Lollichop. What are the best cosmetics?

Not really interested in balloonicorn or the pyrovision goggles themselves, and I can't afford to put a $5+ item in a joke loadout. Thanks for the suggestion anyways!
