strange freelance contract campaigner/decorated war hero skin???

But how? There are couple of them in the market,but if they strange civilian ones can't be trade up for next strange tier,then how??

it must be craftable, war paints skins cannot be traded up for the next tier.

Air strike AND holy mackeral. I know air strike because of the strangifier.

stick statclocks on civ grade weapons then trade up
same way you would get freelance or higher campaign skins in the past
