Can't find Festive Spy-cicle on Backpack.tf or Steam Market

I've used this site a lot, but I cannot for the life of me find the Festive Spy-cicle on there. I need to know it's price, because I'm thinking of giving it to my Secret Santa recipient along with a cosmetic set (because he likes spy, and this weapon fits). I can't find it on the Market either, only killstreak variants. How come?

Just buy a festivizer and apply it to the spy-cicle

festivizers are counted as a weapon ad-on, not a unique item, that's why you can't find them on trade sites
on the market, they don't let you list unique not-special-in-any-way items, so that's why you won't find them there either
the price is just [cost of spycicle]+[cost of festivizer]

There's some on backpack.tf but as someone said above festivizers are counted as an add on not changing the weapon entirely

Thanks guys! I was confused because older Festives can be listed, but that what was said above makes sense. Was hoping that once applied the Festivizer would be somewhat cheaper. Oh well.
