Best flamethrower?

In your opinion what do you think is the best flamethrower and why?

For me I would say stock because it does a decent amount of good damage and the airblast is good for the ammo cost. I think stock is a good all-rounder and balanced.

Degreaser. Although the most fun (objectively) is the Dragons Fury as it has more range and that godly burstdamage.

In Pubs it's gotta be Phlog because half the players there are missing their frontal lobe.

Actually I think there is a hidden stat where the Phlog deals 60% more damage to our lobeless friends.

Pyros health needs to be nerfed

depends on map, and your other loadout, example the degreeser is the best in most cases but using it with the gas can is just stupid. the phlog rocks when combined with the thermal thruster. and the stock is just good for countering the dragons fury, which itself is a god weapon in MvM if used right in combo with the gas can.

Stock - Reliable; and since the buff to Pyros damage; Ideal in a lot of situations.

Backburner - Effective at killing, but bad at Airblasting; great when paired with the Detonator or Thermal Thruster.

Degreaser - Amazing when paired with the Reserve Shooter or Panic Attack; great for high DPS; at the cost of useless afterburn and less Airblasts.

Phlogistinator - Great for flanks and ambushes; but lack of airblast makes it useless for team support.

Dragon's Fury - Spam Cannon; ideal for W+M1ing; bad at airblasting.
