How do I get everything to be blocky and pixelated?

Ive been searching for a whle yet cant see really any other thing than to use Nvidia (but i have a amd card so it dosent work)

if anyone knows any other 'solution', then please comment it

Lower each of the graphics settings
Options-video-advanced

Make textures on low or medium and they will be blocky

done both of thse, aswell as ive loads of configs. I also have 'mat_filterlightmaps 0' and 'mat_filtertextures 0

Blocky ? You can use tf cfg site or mastercomfig site they both have that option. With some extra option that you might dont wanna use it.

doesn't work for me; nvidia inspector doesnt have the driver gear icon thing
