Fraudulent Secret Saxton Use

How exactly was this conducted? I'm curious as to how exactly you could scam somebody with them, because I can't think of any way at all.

It was more with the key gifts, and if I can recall correctly, people would buy the key gifts, and find a way to give all the keys to themselves.

Maybe a server full of "dummy" accounts that would trade them back to the original owner?

it has nothing to do with cost

-steal credit card information, steam accounts, or something similar
-buy gift keys and use them on a server with your bots
-you've now effectively bypassed the wait time on purchased items put in place to prevent stolen funds from being used

it has nothing to do with cost

-steal credit card information, steam accounts, or something similar
-buy gift keys and use them on a server with your bots

Well stealing someones bank numbers/etc is fraudelant nonetheless. Using key gifts "legitimately" (with your own money) on yourself is far from fraudelant, it doesn't say that you can't and you wouldn't be getting anymore than you what you paid for, so what's fraudelant? You know what's fraudalent? Buying keys to begin with.

No it makes sense, this allows steam to respond in time to fraud or stolen purchases before the items can be used on things like crates or traded away. Scm is easy to fix since they can simply review the data of the sale and reverse it.
