amby is getting an effective range reduction and ringer won't be as spammable, but it's still 100% viable, 200% if you only pub
the speed boost is arguably better than having the old damage reduction
you still avoid a significant amount of damage on the first hit and have a much easier time avoiding followup damage
iw+revolver is my favorite way to play
1.L'Etranger +40% cloak duration On hit adds 15% charge to cloak –20% damage penalty
2.Red Tape Recorder Can turn lvl 3s into lvl 1 so it annoys them
3. Cloak and Dagger Well you can be cloaked like "forever" and also with the gun it stays longer (even works with dead ringer idk what you want to use) so you just wait for the right moment then get visible and troll them!
4. Spycicle Of course you leave the corpses on the ground so the enemy team is raging
