To get it you need to complete every objective ? Got all the stars ?
Or you can skip some ?

i have to score 10 points in a single life, but i can't get any point because the contract is allready completed. first contract

Yeah, I also read somewhere you don't need all of them. Though I really wish it added styles instead of just changing the whole thing. I like the black gravel one the most lol.

I've beaten all contracts but a few of them, still on silver, 80% does not equal to gold

You have to complete every single Mercenary Park contract. Pyroland and Halloween contracts don't give CP.

Yes when i got the last star it leveled up to australium. It's meant to be that you need to complete everything to get exactly 6840 points
