Why won't it let me sell my war paint yet?

I traded blood money for plaid war paint. It let me sell it.

I got two more plaid war paints and I notice I can't market them. the items say "Tradable after November 12"

whats going on?

You sure? I've unboxed thing and sold them on the market right away after opening them up... infact did it a few week ago, I unboxed a Infernal one and sold the war paint on the market within the next few mins

It haves a 7day trade resteiction, but can be marketed immeadiately

o I see its in my inventory now. it didn't load at first when I was in the market tab trying to sell it. ok thanks. ^^;
