or you could apply it to the superior weapon the powerjack

Unlikely it will be applied to that, you really don't see it often as you'll rarely pull it out and when you do it's for sappers and then it's put away.

It's kinda like a reskin for the construction pda, you'd rarely pay any attention to it and other people won't notice

no I want to have something other than just that reskin yes it's nice but I want to be able to express my self with my favourite pyro melee

The Maul is the same thing but looks better... In my opinion
