Hits not registering.
I get the feeling my hits don't register when i play Sniper, ex: sometimes when I headshot an enemy the goes around a corner, and they're on fire a silhuette of fire flashes at the position I hot them and they just live on. I get 70 Ping AVG on Community Servers and 90 on Valve servers (Suprise Suprise) (I never have an issue with my ping in any other FPS games) my Lerp is set to .035, any other way I can imfprove my connection a bit? "get better internet" Haha funny yeah, out ISP only provides 10 mbps out here in the middle of butt♥♥♥♥ nowhere. I'm just looking for tips that may help.

I know that, but TF2 isn't fun when you can only play Scout, Pyro, Demo, and Soldier without losing...

70-90 Ping is not preferable when playing Sniper.
You will without a doubt miss shots with a ping like that.

I know that, but TF2 isn't fun when you can only play Scout, Pyro, Demo, and Soldier without losing...
Huh? i mostly play spy, pyro and engi. and i still winning i don't know what you talking about

What I was saying is that you can't play hit scan characters like; Sniper

Well you can still do that, i know few people in asia region playing hitscan weapon with high ping. And its become normal because they normally play with high ping.

nobody has talked in this for a long time but i shot a soldier the blood was on his head and he didnt take damage

That means your client thinks the hit should've gone through but the server disagrees. Changing cl_interp to 0 and cl_interp_ratio to 2 can help mitigate that.
