Not everything you dislike is a crutch
Anything that'll benefit a bad player and hinder a good player or perform at the same level.
The way I define it is a weapon that makes a bad player better but a good player worse. Honestly thats in my opinion a better definition. Thats what a crutch in real life actually does. It supports those who are unable to walk and is untouches by those who can. By that definition the only weapons that would be a crutch are the Loch n' Load and maybe the Liberty Launcher.
All in all, crutches are like drugs, once you're on, it's hard to get off
