Report a translation problem
copy and paste this in to the console. Uhh i think you can also make a file called server.cfg in your cfg folder of tf2. That way you wont have to copy and paste those commands evertime and it will just launch with those commands already set.

I forget exactly how to do it and i dont want to give you false info, so just search for a video on youtube about it and its pretty simple
have you tried putting the commands while you're in the server.
have you tried doing exec server.cfg before you go into a server.
I don't know how to fix the problem but if those dont work I think I might have a greater understanding of how to fix the problem.
