Bought community store items not showing up in the game?

I just noticed a really weird thing with TF2. I bought a few things from the community store, and they're not showing up in-game? I just find this weird, as when you buy items from the Mann Co. Store in-game, the items you buy show up instantly.

I'm assuming the issue would be with the way items save in TF2? Or maybe because the community store is on the Steam website instead of in-game? It's been about an hour since I bought the items, still haven't shown up.
