is the crafted conscientious objector worth 0.88 ref?(price on backpack.tf now)

i got 5 ref from sellling paint on scrap.tf so i spent it on a civic duty shotgun and local hero pistol. i realised that i had only 0.55 ref left so i checked and discorvered that i need 0.33 ref more to buy a conscientous objector. is it worth to get 0.33 more ref? i only this this to complete my stock melee reskin collection... by the way a decal tool can be sold on scrap.tf for 0.88 ref. and there are no conscientious objectors on scrap.tf so i have no choice but to go to backpack.tf to get these items.
