Is the Cozy Camper still worth something?

Title says everything.

I've started using the Hitman's Heatmaker recently, and it has become by far my favorite Primary for Sniper (although I suck as Sniper), and so I've wondered which secondary best accompanies it.

I'm really torn between the Razorback and the Cozy Camper. I really like the Cozy Camper, since it really benefits my playstyle and the focus ability of the Heatmaker. It also makes killing Heavies easier.
The Razorback gives you extra protection from Spies, which might be useful, since I'm almost always scoped in.
I don't think that the Jarate, the SMG or the Cleaner's Carbine will be very useful to me, since I mainly stay back and avoid direct confrontations (Btw, my melee is the stock Kukri).

I would really like to hear your tips and suggestions down below.

razorback is definitely better (theres a reason its getting nerfed)

if you use cozy camper with stock the main benefit is the health regen

the cozy camper's anti flinch is only useful if you use the bazaar bargain

Doesn't the Heatmaker's focus charge the rifle just as fast as the Bazaar Bargain with 4 kills?

If I were you, I'd say the razerback. It makes spies 800x less deadly. And assuming how you said you like staying back, I assume you mean near health or the respawn cabinet. If that is the case, the small amount of free Regen is really not all that good.

I did the math:

The BB with 6 kills Needs 1.8 seconds to fully charge.

The HH with focus Needs 1.3 seconds to fully charge (including the charging while reloading).

(These numbers ignore scope-charge delay)

All numbers are taken from the TF2 wiki.

Well, you can't really do anything against the Ambassador as Sniper if you're scoped in 24/7.

Heh dude, I see you're not very experienced but that's ok, I although recommend getting more experienced with the SMG and Jarate as they are going to be more useful in competitive if you play any. As another tip, play this game as you play CS GO, you hear the steps of spies VERY LOUD and CLEAR, if you don't then that means you focus way too much on aiming, it's ok if you headshot from like 3-5 shots instead of one if that means you won't die. On another note, SMG is more for defending experienced spies who know trickstabs and you don't want to get anywhere near them and Jarate is useful later because you provide your team free mini crits.
If you still want to use any of those 2 you mentioned, I guess razorback.

Its still very good, i tho i dont recommend using it with heatmaker when the bazarar bargin is a weapon without damage penealtys and it rewards you for headshots.

Since you're using the heatmaker you kind of have to stay scoped in a lot, but if you were using another sniper I would scope out and look around every so often.
