How do you make mat_phong 0 permanent

When I boot up tf2 and put on mat phong 0 it stays until i boot the game up again when it changes back to mat phong 1 help please?

Right click TF2, properties, launch options, type -mat_phong 0 in the launch options

add it to your autoexec file in: WINDOWS (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > cfg.
If you dont have an autoexec then create a notepad file and save it as autoexec.exec.
After this go on steam :
Library > Right click on Team Fortress 2 > Properties > Set Launch Options
then typer +exec autoexec

dammit i put the -high -nojoy-noipx-dxlevel 81 in for reduce lag and now i cant put that in cause if i delete it mah potato laptop will lag as heck

ok, this is an old ass thread, but i think you just have to write "+mat_phong 0" in the launch options instead of "-mat_phong 0".
