A mega-baboon heart weapon could be fun, but I don't know how it could be a Medic weapon and there are already Jarate/Mad milk reskins...

Having the Medic charging it like he does in the video before dropping it into the Heavy's open torso could be a nice weapon taunt for the Quick-fix or the Overdose (whose taunts are, as far as I can remember, the same as the default Medigun/Syringe gun).
