Cheapest Unusual?

Does anyone know what the cheapest unusual is in terms of USD and/or TF2 keys?

For example:
an unusual hat might sell for $30 on the market, but only 10 keys on backpack.tf, making it cheaper in keys.

Or should I just save up say 30 keys and buy quicksells in the trading subforum?

the lowest you can see some unusuals are desperately sold at 9 or 10 keys because of ♥♥♥♥ hat + ♥♥♥♥ particle effect

Pretty sure the cheapest unusual you can get is a bubbling Dread.

Some cheap unusuals aren't ugly effects though. You have to be savvy, but it won't be a multi-class hat.

The cheapest one I am aware of is one of the Halloween 2016 all-class hats at 8 keys. I think it's the turkey hat.
