Which TF2 Character has the best voice line?

I was gonna only put the Nine Mercenaries but I thought to just include other characters like Merasmus, Bombonomicon, Administrtor, etc.

Its because there are a lot of characters here in the Team Fortress Universe.

For mine, Sniper has the best voice lines.

since then that's been my best joke ever
