It's under $20 so it's not even close to god tier.
Generally god tier implies it's over like 100 keys
Take it from somebody who has been playing TF2 since 2011, ignore the market and all its nonsense, just buy hats that YOU like because you're the only one who will really care. I've had my share of high-tier items, and never once did I ever receive any compliments on them, in fact, much to the contrary, it wasn't until I wisely stopped caring and started making my own unique loadouts that I received any compliments.
I completely agree about the stupid values of things
I started playing back in 2011 and i really don't care about forced value on things. I got the hats I wanted and got out of trading.
Sometimes I keep a small tier unusual around, to trade just incase something new I want comes out.
Remember back in 2011 someone made that spreadsheet pricelist with no thought whatsoever. And people followed it
