TF2 Cloudy Moon unusual bug
So after a chat with Steam support about my issue, I've been told to come here to explain my problem. This is the second discussion I've created about this, and the solutions given previously did not work.

Basically an unusual that I now own that has the "Cloudy Moon" effect seems to be possibly bugged. The effect itself is in my character's torso when I choose NOT to adjust the effect, and when I do adjust the effect it appears far off to the side of my character. I thought this might have been something on my end (Like maybe I'm just seeing the issues) but I've found that others (after asking them) could also see the unusual effect when it was in my character's torso or other odd areas. It's not only me seeing this bugged effect on my own hat.

It seems that the cloudy moon effect, morning glory, and a few others suffer from this, with each center item (In this case, the moon) being de-synced and not appearing where it should be (Above my head).

I know there have been posts about these issues previously, but many of them date back to a few years ago. I'm not sure if the people who posted these originally have actually found a solution to fixing the effect, which is why I'm posting my issue here.

I've already tried adjusting the unusual and toying with it for a few hours but nothing has changed. I've un-equipped it and re-equipped it, put it on the steam market and removed it, and even followed Steam Support's advice to verify my game files. None of these things have worked, and it's bugging me that an unusual I traded up for with real currency is not displaying as it's meant to be displayed. I based the effect's appearance off of the in-game inspect link that can be found on some TF2 items. The inspect link shows the effect centered on the character's head, not bugged out in their torso or off to the side.

I'd like to note once more that, yes, I HAVE tried adjusting the unusual and messing around with the adjuster-bar (Or whatever you want to call it). I've also tried not adjusting it at all and simply turning off the "Adjust Unusual" selection by un-checking the box found on the hat.

If anyone knows a solution to this please do respond. I've tried everything that I've been recommended. Again, I'd like to note that after a back and forth conversation, I was told to come here by Steam Support as the TF2 forums are apparently where you could catch the eye of a developer or at least someone who knows about the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I know, I know. It's a LOT, but I've been at it with Steam Support for a few days now and they've offered really nothing to me.

Any information on this would be nice. Being turned away by steam support and seeing that there have been similar complaints with similar people in the past gives me the feeling that this has been getting swept under the rug for a good while.
But is this effect bugged all the time? I have Texas Ten Gallon with Aces High effect. Sometimes it's on right place, but the half of the time it's bugged. A few times I could even see it in first person view. Do you have only 2 ways it may display? Are you sure it can't be even under your feet like mine? I don't mind it that much as you, but I think valve should make special update for unusual effects so they won't be bugged.
