9/10? lmao where do you get those numbers?

Its correct and you can click on names to see the wrenches in their inventory yourself.
14 of those wrenches got destroyed for Golden Charity.

TF2 wiki is rather active actually and only some of the lesser pages have not been edited.

One more infamous owner of the golden wrench is Delfy, if you watch his older videos, he uses it alot.
